Should the debate between McCain and Obama be postponed as McCain as requested or is he running scared. It amazes me that this financial crisis has been affecting most of the people that I know and love for quite some time. Yet in Bush’s speech last night it appeared that it snuck on him and his administration like a Black Bear in the woods.
Okay can someone please tell me what country and where does George W. hang his cowboy hat? I can recall earlier this year when asked about the financial crisis and if we were in recession and George W. Bush looked at the reporter and said what recession.
Perhaps he should read the highlights of the US Census Bureau statistics..listed below.. but of course he does not know anyone personally that falls into this category…do you?
Poverty: 2007 Highlights
The data presented here are from the Current Population Survey (CPS), 2008 Annual Social and Economic Supplement (ASEC), the source of official poverty estimates. The CPS ASEC is a sample survey of approximately 100,000 household nationwide. These data reflect conditions in calendar year 2007.
Highlights
The official poverty rate in 2007 was 12.5 percent, not statistically different from 2006.
In 2007, 37.3 million people were in poverty, up from 36.5 million in 2006.
Poverty rates in 2007 were statistically unchanged for non-Hispanic Whites (8.2 percent), Blacks (24.5 percent), and Asians (10.2 percent) from 2006. The poverty rate increased for Hispanics (21.5 percent in 2007, up from 20.6 percent in 2006).

Biden v Pain
As a woman who has worked in a career that has been in the past a predominately male oriented profession (sports) where not only the owners and upper management are 93% of the core make-up but also in middle management and entry level positions the personnel are gender biased, I feel safe to comment on gender biased perceptions.
From the onslaught the press, the public and the opposing team so to speak ‘the Democrats’ were asked to have a hands off approach to dealing with Governor Sarah Palin. My response to that is simple, ‘ do not come in the kitchen if you can not take the heat,’ or better yet just so that I am not accused of being a chauvinist pig (WEARING LIPSTICK), I will utilize another phrase. If you want to run with the BIG DAWGS you got to learn to pee in the tall grass. If this reads as Vulgar it is nothing compared to the game and business of POLITICS. game and business of POLITICS.
There are no do-overs or take-overs once you sit down to the table with Putin and world leaders wether they be allies or foes. Senator Bush oops I meant to write Senator Mccain can scream into he is red in the face about Senator Obama telling our allies his plans to invade their country..so what! Is that not what George Bush did after 911 he told Sadam Hussein and Bid Laden he was coming after them. That 911 was an ACT OF WAR! The major problem was and is where is Bin Laden and the weapons of mass destruction? We can not find Bin Laden but we had and have no problems finding and guarding those oil fields.
The truth is MS. Governor Palin if you and your ‘Party’ can not have it both ways, either you are in this to fight to the finish or you are just window dressing that has to be changed with the seasons and the new collections. Me personally I stood my ground and fought the fought while working in sports, it took everything that was thrown at me from naked athletes parading in front of me attempting to make me uncomfortable and afraid to team owners that overstepped their boundaries as well as racist and gender specifics jokes and inflammatory remarks on a regular basis. The end result was me succeeding in spite of the ignorance and roadblocks because it was my God-given destiny to be a SUCCESS. I did not cry about it and ask for my mercy it is and was what it was. It may not have been right and it sure was not easy but it was the path that I choose as Politics are your choice. So please stop begging for mercy and step to the podium and if you have the gumption and intelligence it will become evident and all your doubters will not necessarily be silenced but your point will be made.
