Throughout the history of the United States of America there have been events both good and bad that have rallied Americans to take up a charge to fight for the very sanctity of the values and ethics that our founding fathers pledged and promised to us when they wrote the Constitution. It is time for this generation to pick up the flag and to use their voice and vote to bring about a CHANGE. That time is now. After the last eight years of an administration led by President George W Bush that has either forgotten or chose to ignore that the purpose and honor of those voted into government is to serve the people and not the needs of special interest groups, corporations, and friends of friends. Perhaps you are asking yourself, why should I vote for Senator Barack Obama and his running mate Joe Biden to be the next President and Vice President of the United States of America? The answer is simple open your eyes and ears look and hear your fellow countrymen and women cries. This great country has a population comprised of: men and women, boys and girls, young and old, heterosexual, gay and lesbian. Caucasian, African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, Latino, Christian, Protestant, Jewish, Catholic, Mormon, Baptist and the list goes on but while we are different in so many ways we are all the same. You want what I want a country that leads by example of fair and equitable treatment of all of its citizens. 

No one can predict the future but the one sure thing in this entire election process is if you vote for John McCain and Sarah Palin you are going to get the same of what you got!. It is not a simple matter of they are not listening, no they simply just do not care. What you got and will continue to get is a country where our economy is in such that we are borrowing money from the Chinese. A military fighting a personal war for friends and family of Halliburton and other large corporations that continue to fill their own wallets and bank accounts along with President Bush. It is our sons and daughters losing their lives and coming home and committing suicide in alarming numbers so that they are able to increase their own personal wealth. Look around and see families working tirelessly but they cannot feed their family, they cannot afford to put gas in their tanks, they cannot afford to take their babies to the doctor. How else can you explain the devastation that we as citizens are experiencing in all aspects of our lives. Again I sat to you it is not that they are not listening they just do not care!
